Character history
Evanna grew up with her parents in San Fransisco until a house fire five years ago which killed both of her parents and her older sister. Eva and her younger sister, Trina, and younger brother, Tom, went to live with their grandparents. Evanna is the only one of the remaining Moon children that remembers her parents and Freya. So she makes a concsious effort not to mention them around her younger siblings.

From the money left by her parents, Evanna was sent to Crawford Country Day where she met her best friend--and also the only person she'd ever told about the fire--Jodie Anderson. Since her grandparents live in Ohio, Eva goes home almost every weekend to see her siblings.
